Our Security Network Operation Center operates out of Germany, looks after our customers around the clock, and adheres to the highest quality standards.
Our wealth of experience has been built up over more than 15 years. Our processes, teams, and tools are perfectly coordinated. Alarm and event management, analysis of anomalies, recovery measures in the event of an error, and tracking of changes are all seamlessly integrated.
With a fundamentally modular structure, integration can begin with the integration of a sub-area, for example, firewalls. In further steps, according to the specifications of our customer, WLAN access points, LAN switches, or SD-WAN gateways can follow.
From TeVision.ai, customers get complete transparency about their infrastructure and can use the analytics information to design and support future planning.
Our Information Security Management System is ISO 27001-certified by TÜV SÜD (Managed Services for IT Network- and Security-Infrastructures). The Telonic Enterprise Cloud is operated in Germany.
