The following entity is responsible for processing your personal information in accordance with the law:
Telonic GmbH

Personal data and purpose of use

Personal data are such data which can be traced back to a natural person. Examples of this include: name, title, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address etc.. These data are collected with regards to conclusion of the contract. By providing your signature, you voluntarily consent to the processing of these data for the purposes of fulfilling the contract. Such personal data (basic data) shall be collected solely for the purpose of conducting a contractual relationship.

Legal basis for processing

Personal data shall be processed pursuant to the provisions of the EU GDPR, the BDSG [German Data Protection Act], the TKG [German Telecommunications Act], and the Telemediengesetz [German Telemedia Act], amongst others. In doing so, we shall refer to the written consent of the affected person as well as the fulfilment of a contractual relationship. Insofar as the processing of personal data is based on Art. 6 I lit. f GDPR, it is our authorised interest to carry out our business activity in the interests of the well-being of our employees and our company.

Transfer of personal data

We forward this information solely in the course of fulfilment of the contract as necessary.  In principle, we do not transfer your personal data to address handlers etc. Transfers of personal data to state authorities or institutions shall only be performed within the scope of compulsory legal stipulations.

Existence of automated decision-making

Our company does not rely on any automated decision-making processes or any profiling based on your personal data.

If you call up one of our website servers again, your browser will send the cookie previously received back to the server. The server is able to evaluate the information received as a result of this process. Cookies can be used, for example, to manage the display of adverts or to make it easier to navigate a website. This website uses SSL encryption (Secure Sockets Layer) when transferring data from your browser to our server and to servers that provide files that are included on our website.
The use of SSL means that data is transferred in an encrypted form. The data cannot be changed and the sender can be identified.
SSL encryption is in use whenever the address of the website you are visiting is preceded by “https” in your browser bar.

Links to third-party websites

This website provides links to third-party websites. Data will only be transferred to the destination of the link once you have clicked on the link. This is required from a technical point of view. In particular, the data transferred includes your IP address, the date on and time at which you clicked on the link, the page you were visiting when you clicked on the link and information regarding your internet browser.
