is a long-time employee at Telonic. With a degree in communications technology engineering, he has been with the company since 1993 and ensures that Telonic’s customers have the safest and fastest networks. When he started, he was installing the hardware himself; he later became a project manager at Telonic. Today, as Head of Professional Services, he is responsible for coordinating the company’s service specialists. This includes keeping the hotline to US-based manufacturers constantly open. As head of Telonic’s apprenticeship programs, Stefan Heinß is also training the next generation of security and network specialists. In his free time, he likes to recharge his batteries with sports and music.
